Social Change Programs works with multiple partners on and off campus to act as a hub for social justice-and-social change-related education, training and outreach for students at Oregon State.

These programs aim to prepare students to deal with complex social problems by providing transformative learning through leadership, social justice/social change-related education and service opportunities. Students who engage in our programs will have the opportunity to cultivate their vision of positive sustainable change by enagaging in critical thought to learn about themselves, communities and the world.

Our goal is to increase student awareness, knowledge and skills about multiculturalism, social justice and positive social change by providing engagement opportunities in leadership, education and trainings that address individual, interpersonal and systemic issues of power, privilege and oppression regarding all social identities.
